Gold Killer does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged financial instruments involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all users. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Demo and Live Usage

• Users choosing to trade on live accounts do so at their own risk

• The software logic may behave differently depending on broker conditions, spreads, execution, and latency

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software

• Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms

• Use the software in violation of broker or prop-firm rules

Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Coin shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the software.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
